Marketing Coordinator – Events

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and coordinate event marketing activities.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Create compelling marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenditures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
